Field: more than 100 points of collecting for approximately a thousand of pick-ups which ensure harvest within the 40.000 hectares of forests in the Moroccan mountains of Rif and the Atlas, and the Maamoura plain.
Varieties: boletus, chanterelle (Girolle fraiche), and morels, cantharellus cornucopioides (trompettes des morts) and Saharan truffles.
Period: From September to end May.
Quantity: 80 to 100 tons per annum.
Customers: Merchants fruit and vegetables, wholesalers, central merchandizing, importers, large surfaces of distribution.
